Cut the oranges in half, remove the fruit and discard the pith and pips.
Shave a little from the bottom of each half orange so that they stand flat.
Juice the flesh and marinate the California Raisins in the juice for 1 hour.
Make the jelly as per the packet instructions.
Stir the California Raisins into the jelly.
Divide the mixture between the 4 orange ‘shells’ and place in the fridge until set.
For adults add a dash of rum to the marinade, top with crème fraîche and sprinkle with more
