Christmas Chocolate Slab

This is a recipe that I’ve been making since I was a child. And it’s a tradition I want to continue with my own children. The best part with this recipe is that it’s easy and quick to make and you can alter the ingredients as you wish. Baking with kids doesn’t get easier than this.

For this recipe I like to use dark chocolate, because the California raisins bring a lot of natural sweetness. They also pump up the nutritional value containing fibre, vitamins, and minerals. Make sure to check your raisins are California raisins so you can be sure they are 100% natural, without any additives.

method:

1

Melt the chocolate in a microwave.

Pour into a form and decorate as you wish.

Let it set for 2-3 hours in room temperature/ or 1 hour in the fridge.

Flip over, dust with icing sugar and serve as they are, or top with delicious almond and raisin ice cream (find the recipe in my reels). Enjoy!
